Freshie Frothers Loyalty Club

Simply create an online account with Freshwater Brewing Company and you will automatically become part of our loyalty program. Or you can join by using the Freshie Frothers Club widget on our website. 

If you already have an account with us or have previously purchased from us, please ensure you use the same email address.

There are many ways to earn Freshie Frothers points. Every time you spend a dollar* either online or in the taproom you'll earn 1 point. $1 = 1 point. 

Remember to give your name to the team behind the bar each time you visit the Freshie taproom so they can make sure that your points are added to your account. Our bar staff will also let you know if you have a reward to redeem for money off your purchase. 

You can also earn points by helping to spread the word about Freshwater Brewing Co. Following us, liking us and sharing us on Facebook, Twitter or Insta will earn you 10 points each time but, referring a friend to sign up to the Freshie Frothers loyalty club is the biggie, and will get you 100 points on your account, so get your mates onboard!

You can check your balance and rewards anytime by clicking on the Freshie Frothers Loyalty Club widget on our website. Each time you shop online or in the taproom, you will receive an email with your updated loyalty points balance. From here, you can click through to your loyalty profile, where you can redeem rewards.

When you have enough points to unlock a reward (see above), you'll be able to redeem them for a unique reward coupon. You can use the reward coupon at the checkout if shopping online. Just copy and paste your unique code into the discount field and click apply. You can also redeem your unique reward coupon at the Freshie taproom in Brookvale. Please just let one of our friendly bar staff know. 

Note: you can only use one coupon code per order.

There is no expiry date on your Freshie Frothers points. Your points will keep accumulating until you redeem them for a reward voucher at 200, 300 and 400 points. If you trade in your points for a reward, your points balance will be re-set minus the points you have used.
